General Contracting

Stillwater Construction acts as a general contractor responsible for the field supervision of subcontractors, financial management, purchasing, and scheduling of all materials, trades, negotiation, and management.   

Cost Estimates/Bidding

Stillwater Construction prepares detailed cost estimates at various stages of the design and development process. This assists the client in cost control and forecasting. It also helps avoid costly and time consuming redesign of projects by evaluating options that affect the overall budget.
